Manoj started off his work life as someone who is shy, reserved, and soft-spoken. Initially, he was nervous to speak in front of people and therefore avoided such situations where he might be asked to speak. However, once he mastered the power of five, he was unstoppable. The power of five forms the five core skills that you need to master to excel in any profession. He also believed that those are skills that can be learned and mastered.

To learn the secret behind the power of some leaders, he observed several leaders and reviewed thousands of speeches, books, and writings of leaders from around the globe. He rigorously researched leadership, communication, humor, storytelling, persuasion, and engagement techniques.

He also sought the help of mentors who tremendously assisted him in staying on the right path and accelerating his progress.

After several years of effort, multiple cycles of learning, unlearning, and relearning, along with numerous episodes of international experimentation, analysis based on feedback, and refinement supported by empirical evidence, he looked for ways to transfer his findings to others. Manoj subsequently developed easy-to-use tools, tips, and techniques that he teaches to others so that they can reduce their learning curves and become world-class speakers and effective leaders.
