Manoj is an energetic, engaging and thought provoking speaker who carried the audience (of around 3-400 people) throughout his speech. Don’t expect to sit quietly and doze off in one of Manoj’s speeches – he has the audience up and totally involved throughout and at the end you can’t believe how quick the time has gone. I for one enjoyed the session very much and it was clear that the vast majority of the audience felt the same!

Manoj gave a presentation on "Leadership & Collaboration" at a meeting in Singapore of around 80 oil industry/marine contracting professionals. I was responsible for the meeting. I attended the session of Manoj during the Singapore Project Management Institute Symposium at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. His session was full of energy, engaging participants and attracting almost all delegates in the symposium. He ensures that everyone is well engaged by doing small tasks and experience his lessons directly. His was definitely one of the best speaking that I have ever seen!
